Most sessions are held privately on Zoom unless we’ve arranged to meet in person.

At the time of your session, simply click the red button above to join.

We’ll take care of the rest from there.

Before We Meet

Please choose a space where you can feel comfortable, present, and able to speak freely.

For the best experience:

✸ headphones optional
✸ computer preferred, phone/tablet also welcome

If it’s your first Zoom session, logging in a few minutes early is helpful.

Recordings & Privacy

Sessions are recorded by default and made available to you for download if desired.

You will also receive a Session Reflection & Integration email shortly after each session.

Everything shared in our work is treated with care, privacy, and confidentiality.

No recordings are ever shared publicly by either of us without the explicit permission of the other.
