    Passionate Awakenings, operated by David Imiri, provides coaching, consulting, and educational services in the areas of personal growth, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being.
    • I am NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. My services do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or psychological therapy.
    • Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal development and does not replace professional therapy or medical advice.
    • My services are for informational, educational, and transformational purposes only.
  2. Disclaimer of Liability
    By engaging in my services, you acknowledge that:
    • I do not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
    • My services do not constitute therapy or medical treatment.
    • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
    • If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, seek immediate professional help.
  3. Confidentiality
    Confidentiality is a top value at Passionate Awakenings, with the following limitations:
    • My services are not legally subject to therapist‑client privilege.
    • If information must remain confidential from a partner, you must state this explicitly.
    • I may act at my discretion if there is a significant risk to safety.
    • Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in online communications.
  4. Payment Policies
    • All sales and/or donations are final.
    • Exceptions may be made for non‑delivery or genuine emergencies.
    • 48‑hour notice is required for cancellations.
    • Packages and multi‑session programs are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
  5. Refunds & Cancellations
    • All sales are final except in rare emergency circumstances.
    • Late cancellations may incur a fee.

    • Disputes will be resolved through non‑adversarial methods such as mediation.
    • You waive the right to public court action except where legally required.
