Passionate Awakenings, operated by David Imiri, provides coaching, consulting, and educational services in the areas of personal growth, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being.
- I am NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. My services do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or psychological therapy.
- Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal development and does not replace professional therapy or medical advice.
- My services are for informational, educational, and transformational purposes only.
Disclaimer of Liability
By engaging in my services, you acknowledge that:
- I do not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
- My services do not constitute therapy or medical treatment.
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a top value at Passionate Awakenings, with the following limitations:
- My services are not legally subject to therapist‑client privilege.
- If information must remain confidential from a partner, you must state this explicitly.
- I may act at my discretion if there is a significant risk to safety.
- Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in online communications.
Payment Policies
- All sales and/or donations are final.
- Exceptions may be made for non‑delivery or genuine emergencies.
- 48‑hour notice is required for cancellations.
- Packages and multi‑session programs are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Cancellations
- All sales are final except in rare emergency circumstances.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee.

- Disputes will be resolved through non‑adversarial methods such as mediation.
