- I am NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. My services do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or psychological therapy.
- Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal development and does not replace professional therapy or medical advice.
- My services are for informational, educational, and transformational purposes only.
Disclaimer of Liability
By engaging in my services, you acknowledge that:
- I do not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a top value at Passionate Awakenings, with the following limitations:
- My services are not legally subject to therapist‑client privilege.

Payment Policies
- All sales and/or donations are final.

- All sales are final except in rare emergency circumstances.
